JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 31-10-2025 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the order dated 21.5.2024, passed by the Secretary, Rural Works Department, which has been passed in compliance of the order of this Court dated 5.12.2023, passed in CWJC No. 8321 of 2023, by taking recourse to the due process of law. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 2.

Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands
