2. This is the 2nd attempt of the petitioner. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 21.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4938 of 2024.

3. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 363, 365, 370, 370A, 372, 373, 376, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, under Sections 3, 4, 5, and 6 of the Prevention of Immoral Trafficking Act, under Sections 4/6 of the POCSO Act and under Section 75 of the JJ Act.

4. The petitioner was involved in running of a brothel.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24614 of 2025(3) dt.11-07-2025 2/2 Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected because she was an absconder. The petitioner is in custody since 24.08.2023.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below, Sitamarhi in connection with Sitmarhi P.S. Case No. 1069 of 2018, subject to conditions that:- (i). The petitioner will mark her attendance at the Sitamarhi Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.

(ii) The petitioner shall appear in the trial regularly either personally or through her lawyer and shall cooperate in the trial and noncooperation in the trial shall result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.

(iii). Both the bailors will be blood relatives of the petitioner.
