JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 08-02-2017 This application has been filed for review of the order dated 1.4.2010 passed by a Bench of this Court presided by Hon'ble Mr. Justice R.K.Datta (as his Lordships then was), whereby the petitioners after making some arguments chose to withdraw the writ petition to approach the Licensing Authority for obtaining a fresh licence with respect to the Saw Mill. The petitioner now seeks to retract from the statement by filing the review application.

There is neither any error apparent on the face of record requiring interference with the order passed nor the grounds raised merit consideration for a review. This civil review application is, accordingly, dismissed.
