22-12-2015 The case has been brought under the heading "To be mentioned" for certain typographical corrections in the cause title.

The reference to district has to be Bhagalpur instead of Begusarai as typed. Further, in the order, being order dated 14.10.2015, there is yet another mistake. The satisfaction recorded therein is in relation to Kahalgaon P.S. Case No. 249/2015, it should be satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhagalpur in relation to the said case.

Let the order dated 14.10.2015 be read correctly as aforesaid, and the order be communicated to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45210 of 2015 (3) dt.22-12-2015 the district - Bhagalpur as aforesaid.

The period fixed in the aforesaid order is extended by four weeks from today.
