The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Mahkar P.S.Case No. 63 of 2017 registered under Sections 304-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the gravity of offence and serious nature of allegation that the grand daughter of the informant was set on fire for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry as a result of which she died in her matrimonial home, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the application is rejected.

The petitioner may surrender and seek bail, which
