The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act.
Allegation is of physical exploitation of the informant on the pretext of marriage.
The petitioner is ready to marry with the informant. In the circumstance, let the petitioner, above named, be released on provisional bail for four months on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Courtbelow where the case is pending in connection with Rohtas

In the meantime, the petitioner shall solemnize marriage with the informant and submit evidence of marriage to the Court-below, who shall confirm the provisional bail of the petitioner. If the petitioner would not solemnize marriage with the informant within the aforesaid time the provisional bail shall stand cancelled after expiry of four months' time and the petitioner shall surrender before the Court-below.
