The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 308 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegedly, it is a case of assault by means of lathi upon the informant due to which he sustained injuries. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and the injury received by the injured is found to be simple in nature as opined by the doctor. Petitioners

Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Khudwan P.S. Case No. 09 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Brajesh Kumar/- U T
