2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Jagdishpur (Bypass) PS Case No.583 of 2023 dated 28.12.2023, instituted under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. This application was heard on merit today itself and the petitioner was granted pre-arrest bail. However, after few hours, learned counsel for the petitioner appears and informs the Court that this application has become infructuous as the petitioner has already been arrested by the police. Learned counsel submits that he was not aware of the fact that the petitioner has been arrested in the meanwhile. Learned counsel
