2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ramgarh Chowk P.S. Case No. 27 of 2026 registered for the offence under Sections 309(4) and 61 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. The petitioner is alleged to have snatched Rs. 800/- and a mobile phone from the toto driver. The criminals were riding an Apache motorcycle. The petitioner has been caught and gave his self-inculpatory statement disclosing the number of the motorcycle used in the crime. One knife, two mobile phones as well as money have been recovered from the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 09.02.2026.

4. Considering the nature and gravity of the allegation and recovery of incriminating articles from the possession of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

5. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected.

6. It is made clear that any observation made herein is prima facie in nature and limited solely for the purpose of adjudication of the present bail application. Such observations shall not be construed as an expression on the merits of the case and shall not influence the trial or any other proceedings in any manner.
