JUSTICE RAJESH KUMAR VERMA ORAL ORDER 12-08-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State, Bhoodan Yagya Committee as well as Private Respondent Nos. 11 to 13.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this

Patna High Court CWJC No.9556 of 2020(10) dt.12-08-2024 2/2 writ petition may be disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to move before the Revenue authority in terms of Section 14(a) of the Bihar Bhoodan Yojna Act, 1954 within a period of four weeks' from the date of production/receipt of copy of this order.

3. If the petitioner approaches the concerned authorities within the aforesaid period, then the authority concerned i.e. Revenue Officer is directed to dispose of the application of the petitioner within a period of six months thereafter, in accordance with law, after hearing all the concerned parties.

4. With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
