JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-03-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief :- "(i) For issuance of writ/ writs, direction/ directions, directing the respondent authorities to make payments of ex-Gratia compensation to the petitioners whose father and husband had been died in militant attack on the house of petitioners."
Considering the nature of grievance raised in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and appropriate to grant liberty to the petitioners to approach the District Magistrate,
