This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Sheosagar (Baddi) Police Station Case No. 153 of 2015, disclosing offences under Sections 409, 420, 466, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner has never produced illegal or forged rent receipt of his land as the petitioner has also got legal Land Possession Certificate against his land admeasuring 8.36 decimals issued by the Circle Officer, which is evident from Annexure-2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Sasaram (Rohtas), in connection with Sheosagar (Baddi) Police Station Case No. 153 of 2015, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
