The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Siwan Mufasil P.S. Case No. 06 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 279, 272, 273, 308 & 30(a) 41 (i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Considering the fact that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the learned counsel below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge 2cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Siwan in connection with
