Considering the present situation arising out of COVID-19 pandemic and in the interest of justice, C.W.J.C.

Patna High Court MJC No.1160 of 2020(3) dt.05-04-2021 2/2 No. 22105 of 2019 is directed to be restored, subject to compliance of the peremptory order dated 14.11.2019, passed therein, within eight weeks from today.

The petitioner shall be required to remove the defects in the present application within six months. The order dated 17.02.2021 passed in this case is recalled and modified.
