This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Excise Police Station Case No.58 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a), 32, 41 and 56(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

About 20 litres of Mahua liquor has been recovered from a plastic bag, which was being carried by the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 25.11.2022. Considering the period of custody of the petitioner as well as the quantum of liquor recovered from the plastic bag, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
