JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-07-2017 Heard Sri Chandra Shekhar Anand, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The petitioner, who is named as one of the accused in Kazi Mohammadpur P.S. Case No.141/2015 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 337, 379, 307 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that entire villagers have falsely been made accused, whereas on perusal of the F.I.R. it is evident that the police while had gone to arrest one of the accused persons, the petitioner along with four named accused and other 100 unknown accused persons intercepted and attacked the police.

Considering the nature of accusation, the Court is of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16506 of 2017 (2) dt.06-07-2017 2/2 the opinion that it is not a case for grant of anticipatory bail. The petition stands dismissed.
