2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 341, 323, 324, 325, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has clean antecedent and he has been falsely implicated in the present case.
4. Earlier the anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 19.03.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25534 of 2020. Learned counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to satisfy this Court that how the second anticipatory bail petition is maintainable against once anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by this
