JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 29-03-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sursand P.S. Case No. 286 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. There is allegation against this petitioner that he assaulted the informant with Farsa causing bleeding injury on his left eye. It is further alleged that co-accused Amrita Devi assaulted the informant with iron rod.

The injury report is available in paragraph-26 of the case diary wherein the Doctor has found injury over left eye lower lid swollen. The Doctor has mentioned in the injury report that there may be loss of vision.

Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10487 of 2018 (3) dt.29-03-2018 2/2 anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.

Petitioner may surrender before the court below and make prayer for regular bail which shall be considered by the court below in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order.
