Case No. 23 of 2022. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25712 of 2022(2) dt.24-05-2022 2/2 period of four weeks from today.

These applications for anticipatory bail arises out of Dumariyaghat P.S. Case No. 23 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 498-A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the petitioners are uncles and old grand-mother of the informant, these anticipatory bail applications are also allowed.

Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari, in connection with Dumariyaghat P.S. Case No. 23 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
