JUSTICE PRAKASH CHANDRA JAISWAL ORAL ORDER 24-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the informant and learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 236 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 120(B), 406, 420, 323 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Co-accused Amrita Singh is said to be the junior colleague of the informant. The informant has developed intimate relation with her and being hypnotized by her, he

No.25529 of 2019(2) dt.24-04-2019 2/3 accorded her Rs. 7 lac to pay the installment of flat booked by the said accused and petitioner nos. 1 and 2, who happens to be parents, petitioner no. 3 brother and petitioner nos. 4 and 5 relative of the said accused extend help her and also extend threatening to the informant over demand of money by him. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that no transaction of money was taken with the petitioners. They have no concern with the aforesaid transaction and the occurrence. They have been falsely implicated in this case by the informant merely because they happen to be parents, brother and relative of Amrita Singh. They have no criminal antecedent.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the informant and learned APP for the State opposed the bail prayer of the petitioners.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 236 of 2018,
