In that view of the matter, this Court is not expressing any opinion on their claim of salary or other legal

So far as the claim of the respective petitioners in respect of payment of leave encashment and gratuity is concerned, it is admitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that their grievances have already been redressed. In that view of the matter, the writ applications are disposed of.
