JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 17-08-2020 Having regard to the nature of controversy particularly, the donation of land for use of Sri Gajaghar Dham Janta College, Rambagh, Bihta, Patna by the ancestors of the petitioners and on its non-use by the donee,the land donated to the college automatically stands reverted back to the petitioners' family cannot be agitated and adjudicated in the present proceeding. However, liberty shall be available to the petitioners to approach the appropriate forum for appropriate declaration under common law remedies.
