2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Madhubani P.S. Case No. 101 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 8(c), 21(b) of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, there is recovery of 171.28 grams of Smack (Brown Sugar) and a mobile phone with SIM from the possession of the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 16.10.2024 and there are six more cases against the petitioner. All the cases registered under the petitioner are under the NDPS Act.

5. Considering the quantum of recovery and also considering the antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

7. The Special Judge, Purnea is directed to expedite the trial of the case and conclude the same at the earliest, preferably within six months.

8. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Purnea through FAX for its compliance.
