24-08-2016 Heard Sri Umesh Chandra Verma, learned counsel for petitioners and Sri A.M.P.Mehta, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. Three petitioners, who are named in F.I.R.

apprehending their arrest in Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 152 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, have prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for petitioners submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated, however; after going through the F.I.R., the Court is satisfied that it is not a case for grant of anticipatory bail.

Dismissed.
