====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 18-05-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The present modification application has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 29.03.2022 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 63206 of 2021 whereby bail was granted to the petitioner with a condition that one of the bailor shall be the father of the petitioner (Ved Prakash).

Learned counsel submits that though in the bail application inadvertently it could not be mentioned that the father of the petitioner has died prior to filing of the bail application, as on account of which the present order came to be passed, it is further submitted that despite being bail granted to the petitioner, he is in custody till date.

No. 63206 of 2021 is modified to read as that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be his mother namely Sona Devi instead of one of the bailor shall be the father of the petitioner (Ved Prakash).

The order dated 29.03.2022 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 63206 of 2021 is modified to the extent indicated above. (Satyavrat Verma, J) ved/- U T
