The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent, bears no criminal antecedent and has been falsely implicated in the aforesaid case. He submits that F.I.R. has been lodged against unknown persons and except confessional statement nothing is against the petitioner. Petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 25.02.2019.
