2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Motipur PS Case No. 618 of 2018 dated 14.07.2018 instituted under Sections 498(A) and 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The allegation against the petitioner, who is husband of the deceased is of killing her by administering unknown medicine.
4. Learned APP, on the basis of the materials in the case diary, submitted that it has come that the deceased had earlier also filed complaint alleging demand of dowry in the year 2015. It was
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23344 of 2019 dt.16-07-2019 2/2 further submitted that the death has occurred in the matrimonial home and the body being burnt without any information to the relatives or the police raises grave suspicion, especially against the petitioner, who is the husband and cannot shirk from his responsibility.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, the Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
6. Accordingly, the prayer stands rejected.
