The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Muffasil P.S. Case No.203/17 for the offence under Sections 363 and 366(A)/34 of the I.P.C.

The allegation against these petitioners helped the main accused Mangru in kidnapping the victim girl. However, the statement made by the victim girl under Section 164 Cr.P.C. does not name anybody to have connived with the said Mangru with whom she has admitted herself to have gone at her sweet will and both stayed there for four days.

No.35646 of 2017 (2) dt.16-08-2017 2/2 Considering the allegation made against these petitioners and they are having clean past, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Motihari, in Muffasil P.S. Case No.203/17 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
