In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Singhwara P.S. Case No.125 of 2015, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 448, 341, 323, 354(B), 307, 427 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. From the F.I.R. it appears that direct allegation has been made against the present petitioner to have attacked on the informant.
Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. If the petitioner surrenders before the Court below within four weeks from today and prays for bail, the court
