The petitioner was initially engaged on daily wage as a driver in Child Development Project Office, Ram Nagar, West Champaran in the year 2004.

Pursuant to Advertisement dated 29.01.2011, the petitioner applied for the post of driver. On 22.10.2011, the District Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran published a final merit list for appointment

Patna High Court CWJC No.2257 of 2013 dt.15-12-2015 2 / 2 on class-IV post, the total number of persons, who got disqualified, were 163 and the name of petitioner appeared at serial no. 107. It appears that some of the persons, who were disqualified on the ground of over age, moved this Court in a number of writ applications, being C.W.J.C. No. 23304 of 2012 disposed of on 11.03.2014, C.W.J.C. No. 23341 of 2012 disposed of on 11.03.2014, C.W.J.C. No. 9420 of 2012 disposed of on 03.05.2013, C.W.J.C. No. 23452 of 2012 disposed of on 11.12.2014, C.W.J.C. No. 22051 of 2012 disposed of on 25.02.2014, C.W.J.C. No. 15078 of 2012 disposed of on 08.03.2013.

The petitioner has already filed his representation before the District Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah. This writ application is disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah to consider the case of the petitioner in the light of the orders passed by this Court in various cases.
