The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Rautara P.S. Case No. 27/2017 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341,323, 324, 325, 307, 354, 379, 448, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the main allegation is against one Lal Mohammad and not the present petitioner. He can at best be treated as a member of the mob. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the allegation against him is general and omnibus in nature, let, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be
