In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No.79 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 448 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 of Prevention of Witch Practices Act.
Allegation has been made that the petitioner entered into the house of the petitioner and assaulted her son and daughter and called the informant as Daain. Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
