2. The present appeal has been preferred for the grant of following relief:

"for review of the order dated 31.07.2017 passed by the Hon'ble Mr. Justice Hemant Kumar Srivastava (as his lordship then was) in CWJC

Patna High Court C. REV. No.88 of 2025(2) dt.17-04-2025 2/2 No. 21298/2012 by which the writ petition was disposed of and the impugned order dated 10.07.2012 passed in Case No. 76/2011-12 has been quashed and the D.C.L.R. Forbesganj was directed to ensure compliance of the previous order dated 10.01.2012 (wrongly mention as order dated 10.07.2012) and the writ application has been disposed of further for direction to the respondents not to give effect to the order dated 10.01.2012 passed by the D.C.L.R. Forbesganj which has been obtained by suppressing the fact that the dispute between the writ petitioner (Opposite party no.5 in the present review petition as well as the Opp. Party no.6 to 8) of the present review petition was already settled in suit being case No.4/2011 by the Gram Kachahari order dated 09.07.2021."

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition.

4. Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
