The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 85 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Prohibition Act, 2016.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 35 liters of illicit country made liquor from the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and he is languishing in custody since 15.02.2019.
