This modification application has been filed for recalling/modifying the order dated 19.9.2012 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 10125 of 2012.

Considering that this Court had passed the impugned order on merits, after which evidently, it has become functus officio, and thus, it cannot modify the said order.

Hence, the application for modification of the order stands rejected.
