1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(a) For issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent to provide 1st and 2nd ACP, which is due from 1997 and 2009 respectively and further to direct to provide benefit of six pay revision scale which has not been given to the petitioner.

(b) For issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent to pay salary for the month of April, May. June, July2013. (c) For issuance of a writ direct to pay post

Patna High Court CWJC No.18050 of 2015(2) dt.05-10-2023 2/2 retiral benefit to the petitioner which is not being paid reason best known to the authority."

2. Considering the nature of relief, sought for in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
