Considering the merits of the case, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 18.4.2014 is hereby confirmed in connection with Complaint case No.936 of 2012 pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur.

However, from now on the Petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1000/- per month instead of Rs.750/- to the Opposite Party No.2.
