JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned APP appearing on behalf o the State.

Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No.49 of 2017, registered under Sections 147/148/149/341/323/325/307/504 and 447 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that all accused persons came and assaulted the informant and his younger brother but the specific allegation of assault is against one Zulfekar Ali, who is said to have inflicted a farsa blow on the head of the informant but did not hit the head rather his left hand.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners and the informant are neighbours. There was quarrel on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38941 of 2017 (2) dt.19-08-2017 2 / 2 some petty issue, both sides have lodged cases against each other, there is no specific allegation against these petitioners, no injury is caused to anyone and the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let petitioners, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No.49 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Arun Kumar, J.) S.Kumar/- U T
