The petitioner apprehend arrest in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No. 323 of 2021 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(b), 380 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is old enmity between both the parties. The petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. Further he submits that the dispute between the parties is of civil nature.
