JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-01-2024 This writ application has been filed for issuance of direction to the respondents for payment of compensation to the petitioner for acquisition of petitioner's land appertaining to Thana No. 210, Khata No. 375, Khesra No. 1443 total measuring area 17 decimals situated under Pandure Rampur Panchayat.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in this connection, a representation before Respondents Authority, Bhojpur has been filed on 07.04.2015 and 09.05.2015 but till date no action has been taken.

In view of the aforesaid fact, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before Respondent No. 4/ the District Magistrate, Bhojpur, within a period of six weeks annexing all the required documents in respect of his claim. If such representation is filed by the petitioner, the same shall be disposed of in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
