In the present case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Patahi P.S. Case No. 1 of 2017 for offence under Sections 341, 323, 354B, 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

An allegation has been made that the petitioner has misbehaved and tried to molest a 14 years old girl. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, namely, Dhanai Singh @ Dhananjay Kumar is rejected. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Rishi/- U T
