Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant suspects that his brother was murdered by the petitioner and others.

Submission is that there is no direct evidence against the petitioner and some other co-accused were allowed anticipatory bail by a Co-Ordinate Bench of this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 51147 of 2016 vide Annexure-3. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22551 of 2019(2) dt.09-04-2019 2/2 where the case is pending in connection with Uchakagaon Police Station Case No. 119 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
