Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in paragraph no. 7 of the order dated 11.09.2020, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22378 of 2020, due to inadvertent mistake, the sentence "The husband of the deceased is in custody" has wrongly been typed.

Considering the submission made on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner, the sentence "The husband of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22378 of 2020(3) dt.12-10-2020 2/2 deceased is in custody", be deleted in paragraph no. 7 of the order dated 11.09.2020, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22378 of 2020. The order dated 11.09.2020, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22378 of 2020, is modified to the extent as indicated above. Let this order be communicated to the learned court below through e-mail.
