Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application for setting aside the order dated 13.02.2023 whereby the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Sitamarhi rejected the discharge petition filed on behalf of the petitioner u/s 227 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with S.Tr. No. 216 of 2022 arising out of Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 683 of 2021, G.R. No. 3406/2021.
