The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Digha P.S. Case No. 231 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498 (A) 494 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. It has come in the case diary at paragraph 21 that the petitioner was taken into custody and remanded in Hazat for two days and thereafter, he was given the privilege of police bail. This fact has been concealed from this Court at the time of issuance of the order dated 24.03.2015.
Under such circumstances, the present anticipatory bail is not
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11612 of 2015 (6) dt.15-10-2015 maintainable, and the same stands rejected.
