This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 322 of 2022 registered under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of 80 Kg of soaked Mahua and 151 litre of liquor and also the petitioner is in custody since 14.02.2023. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise-1st, Aurangabad in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 322 of 2022.
