====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-07-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Purnia Sadar P.S. Case No. 164 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341/342/323/325/307/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the neighbour of the informant was opening the sewerage water towards the door of the informant, resulting in over-flowing water in front of the door of the informant. Then the wife of the informant closed the said water. Thereafter, the accused persons are said to have come there and assaulted the wife of the informant, opened the sewerage water and had abused the wife of the informant. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, in the event of her arrest or surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnia, in connection with Purnia Sadar P.S. Case No. 164 of 2016 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) BTiwary/- U T
