2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

3. The petitioner has put to challenge a letter vide No. 42 dated 25.01.2018 issued under the signature of the District Education Officer-cum-District Programme Officer (Establishment), Muzaffarpur.

My attention has been drawn to an order dated 05.02.2019 passed in CWJC No. 1951 of 2019, whereby the

Patna High Court CWJC No.7667 of 2020(12) dt.24-07-2021 2/2 order dated 25.01.2018 has already been quashed. Since the impugned order has already been quashed, no further order is required to be passed in the present case. The respondents shall be at liberty to proceed accordingly in terms of the observation made in the order dated 05.02.2019 passed in CWJC No. 1951 of 2019.

This application stands disposed of.
