2. After some arguments learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he shall file an application before Arbitrator-cum-Divisional Commissioner, Saran at Chapra under Section 3G(5) of NHAI Act for payment of enhanced compensation.

3. In view of the aforesaid prayer, this writ application

Patna High Court CWJC No.6546 of 2024(2) dt.16-09-2025 2/2 is disposed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Arbitrator-cum-Divisional Commissioner by filing an appropriate petition within four weeks.

4. If the said petition is preferred, the arbitrator shall consider the same on merit and decide in accordance with law within a reasonable time.
