The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 130 of 2015 registered under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Regard being had to the allegation that the petitioner fired causing injury to the informant and his mother, I am not inclined to grant him the privilege of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application is rejected.
